Deirdre Nessralla, MBA

Deirdre Nessralla brings a strong background in accounting and financial operations, with a track record of leading controllership functions across a range of organizations. She directs financial operations, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while ensuring adherence to organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Deirdre partners closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows, manage month-end and year-end close processes, and lead transitions to new accounting systems. She works alongside external auditors to ensure clean audits and GAAP compliance and provides strategic financial insights and advisory support to help drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Prior to her current role, Deirdre held a series of controllership and accounting leadership positions. Across these roles, she implemented new accounting standards, streamlined close processes, led domestic and international audits, managed treasury functions, and oversaw financial reporting for foreign subsidiaries, consistently strengthening internal controls and driving greater efficiency and accuracy.

Deirdre holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Saint Anselm College. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Massachusetts. In her spare time, Deirdre enjoys figure skating, spending time with her family, and traveling.
