Alicia Speed

Alicia Speed is an accomplished executive operations and human resources professional with extensive experience supporting senior leaders, driving organizational initiatives, and coordinating complex business operations. As Executive Coordinator, she manages executive support functions, HR coordination, vendor relationships, board governance activities, travel logistics, and stakeholder communications, helping leadership teams operate efficiently and effectively.

Throughout her career, Alicia has partnered with executives across HR, staffing, workforce planning, and IT advisory services. She is known for building strong relationships, improving processes, and bringing structure and momentum to cross-functional initiatives. Her combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and commitment to execution enables her to successfully support organizational growth and leadership priorities.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wright State University. Outside of work, she enjoys restoring historic homes, reading, spending time with her family, including two teenage daughters, and championing sustainable living.
